I know it's hard to get listed in DMOZ. It took me 2 years. But when I tried the following, it finally worked. Here is what I did.

I submitted to the editor under the correct catagory (as directed). After a month, and nothing (again), I got fet up and submitted to the "WRONG" catagory (I chose one with the MOST editors that I could find). DMOZ, being humanly edited, FINALLY listed my site, and in the correct catagory (almost). What I mean by "almost" is that it wasn't exactly where I submitted the first time, but it fit (webmaster resources instead of tools & utilities). The editors in the WRONG catagory seemed to have more time on there hands, probably because the other editors are being bombarded from webmasters (being the editors of that catagory).

how do you know which catagory have more editors?
I have been trying to get in since 2001 on and off,,, I have a relocation web site ( http://www.divinemoving.com )
is there a way to tell what catagory will be the best,
and am I taking a chance here?

The editors of each catagory are listed at the bottom of the page like this.

Category editors: (here are links to editor profiles)

You can also contact them through these links, but it states NOT for URL suggestions, but you can send them a message that you have been trying to get listed for years with no success. Does he or she have any suggestions? This may work as well.
