-How do we know that a website is SEO friendly or not and how to verify?
-Is there any benefit to SEO by making frequently updating your website every day automaticaly?

Your question is really too general to answer. For a start, Google is thought to use up to 100 different ranking factors

However, you must first make sure that the site is easy to index in the first place. Sites that uses a lot of frames may give problems with search engines. The same is also true of sites with dynamically generated pages. I suggest that you look at Google's webmaster guidelines. For this reason, some webmaster purposefully convert php pages into html pages using mod rewrite since static html pages are supposed to be most search engine friendly.

Updating your website automatically is good, but overdoing it will cause Google think it as SPAM, and it's really bad.
